Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an Technical Services Manager!

As a Technical Services Manager , you will lead engineering initiatives focused on utilities, water and wastewater systems, infrastructure reliability, and sustainability across manufacturing sites. You will drive the development of technical standards, improvement roadmaps, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, system reliability, and resource optimization while ensuring successful solutions are replicated across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering and technical service programs for utilities, water and wastewater systems, and sustainability initiatives across manufacturing sites.
• Drive the reliability, efficiency, and optimization of critical utility and infrastructure systems to support operational excellence.
• Develop and implement technical roadmaps and improvement plans for water, wastewater, and utility systems.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve engineering standards, technical guidelines, and best practices.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve resource efficiency, sustainability performance, and operational cost effectiveness.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Environmental teams to deliver technical projects and improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement innovative technologies and engineering solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.
• Lead the replication and standardization of successful engineering solutions and best practices across multiple sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in technical services, plant engineering, utilities management, infrastructure, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong expertise in utility systems, including water and wastewater treatment, energy management, and plant infrastructure.
• Proven experience in reliability improvement, technical standards development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with experience working across multiple manufacturing locations.
