We are looking for a hands-on manager to oversee technical design and building standards for our global hotel properties. This is a key role for someone who loves detail.
Requirements:
- Draft detailed 2D and 3D building plans using AutoCAD software.
- Manage site layouts, electrical designs, and mechanical project requirements.
- Help source building materials and coordinate with various local contractors.
- Need at least two years of experience in building services or design.
- Degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Salary ranges from 5,500 to 7,500 based on your expertise.
- This is a permanent, full-time position located in the Central Region.
