Job Context:

Cyanic Calix is a dynamic and growing indenting firm representing global pharmaceutical machinery manufacturers in the Bangladeshi Pharma industry. We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as Technical Services Specialist (Technical Service Department) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling technical documentation, client correspondence, and communication with both clients and overseas principals.

• B.Sc. in ME or EEE

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing technical and commercial documentation (e.g., tenders, quotations, offers, invoices).
• Handling formal email correspondence with foreign principals and Bangladeshi clients.
• Maintaining an organized documentation system for easy retrieval and tracking.
• Assisting in creating presentations, brochures, and marketing materials for technical products.
• Collaborating with the customers and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documents.
• Responding to client inquiries and providing necessary follow-up.
• Ensuring all documents meet industry and internal compliance standards.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
