Technical Services Supervisor

Taylormade Development Corporation is looking for an organized and proactive Utilities Compliance and Technical Coordination Supervisor to support our residential development projects.

The role will work closely with power distributors, water utilities, telecommunications providers, government agencies, consultants, and project teams to ensure utility requirements are secured, coordinated, compliant, and delivered according to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage power utility coordination, including site inspections, service applications, line extension approvals, transformer requirements, pole routing, ROW requirements, and energization schedules.
• Coordinate with water concessionaires and local water districts for service availability, connection permits, mainline extensions, water distribution layouts, booster pumps, and bulk metering requirements.
• Lead coordination with telecommunications providers for FTTH networks, duct layouts, pole/trench sharing, infrastructure agreements, and related approvals.
• Ensure compliance with LGU requirements, DHSUD regulations, National Building Code, Electrical and Plumbing Codes, and applicable utility standards.
• Facilitate joint site inspections, testing, commissioning, and final utility turnover/certification.
• Coordinate and negotiate utility service agreements, ROW arrangements, deeds of donation/assignment, and other utility-related agreements.
• Work closely with internal Engineering, Technical Services, Construction, and Project Development teams to identify and resolve utility concerns early in the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in land development, utility coordination, infrastructure development, or regulatory compliance within the real estate/construction industry.
• Strong working knowledge of power, water, and telecommunications infrastructure and design standards.
• Proven experience coordinating with utility providers and securing permits, service applications, clearances, and approvals.
• Familiarity with utility-related contracts, regulatory requirements, and right-of-way coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, technical coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple utility requirements and project timelines simultaneously.
