Technical Services Supervisor

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Survey project sites, assess actual conditions, and provide technical solutions for construction, electrical, repair, renovation, and related services .
• Prepare work plans, methods, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and service quotations.
• Supervise project execution to ensure quality, schedule, technical standards, safety, and cost efficiency .
• Manage, assign, and coordinate technical teams, workers, contractors, and external collaborators at project sites.
• Control materials, workmanship, construction processes, and handle technical issues arising during project execution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to provide appropriate technical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct inspection, acceptance, handover, and evaluate service quality after completion.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and continuously improve service quality and working processes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Industrial Management , or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction, technical services, engineering, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in supervising technical teams, contractors, or project execution.
• Experience in site survey, quantity take-off, cost estimation, and construction/service supervision .
• Good understanding of technical drawings, construction processes, and on-site problem solving.
• Good English communication skills ; able to communicate and understand technical documents in English.
• Project Management or Construction Supervision Certificate is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Responsible, proactive, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
