Technical Site Coordinator

About the role

Coval Technologies is looking for a hands-on Technical Site Coordinator to support our coating and flooring projects in Singapore. The role will involve working directly on project sites, coordinating Coval personnel and subcontractors, assisting with product application, and ensuring work is carried out according to Coval's technical and quality standards. The successful candidate will receive training on Coval products and application methods, with the potential to develop into a longer-term role managing Coval's on-site project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Coval personnel and subcontractors on site.
• Assist with surface preparation and application of Coval coating systems.
• Monitor workmanship, material usage, site conditions, and project progress.
• Ensure work is completed according to Coval application and quality standards.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required for projects.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and other site personnel as required.
• Maintain basic site records, photographs, and project documentation.
• Troubleshoot site and application issues with support from the Technical Sales Manager.
• Participate in hands-on site work when required.

About you

• Practical, reliable, and comfortable working in a hands-on site environment.
• Able to coordinate workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn Coval products, application techniques, and surface preparation requirements.
• Previous paint or coatings experience is a plus but not required.
• Construction, flooring, painting, maintenance, or other relevant technical experience is beneficial.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
• Able to work occasional evenings, nights, or weekends depending on project requirements.
