Technical Solution (Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud)

Role Summary

• The Technical Solution role designs end-to-end enterprise infrastructure and cloud solutions for large enterprises and government customers. You will work closely with Sales and customers on solution design, technical consulting, presales activities, and solution proposals. Experience from System Integrators (SI), Technology Consulting firms, or Enterprise Technology Vendors is highly preferred. Experience with ERP, Banking, or other mission-critical enterprise applications is an advantage.

What You Will Do

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions covering Server, Storage, Networking, Virtualisation, Backup, Security, and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Architect Hybrid Cloud, Multi-Cloud, and Private Cloud solutions with high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), business continuity planning (BCP), scalability, performance, and security considerations.
• Gather customer requirements, and translate them into practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Lead customer workshops, presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Prepare Technical Proposals, BOQ/BOM, Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Compliance (SoC), and cost estimations, and support RFP/Tender activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Delivery, Vendors, and Technology Partners throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support solution sizing, capacity planning, implementation strategy, and technical handover.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Presales, Enterprise Consulting, or Infrastructure Solution Design.
• Experience with System Integrators (SI), Technology Consulting, Cloud Providers, or Enterprise Technology Vendors (highly preferred).
• Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure, including Server, Storage, Networking, Virtualisation, Backup/DR, and Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Private Cloud/HCI technologies such as VMware, VCF, Nutanix, OpenStack, or Azure Stack HCI (preferred).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, SDN, and Cloud Automation (advantage).
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Enterprise Software/ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Banking/Financial Services/Core Banking.
• Digital Transformation or mission-critical enterprise projects.
• Experience in Implementation/Delivery environments.
