Technical Solution / Technical Proposal

We are looking for a senior-level professional to join our Market Department and play a key role in supporting power-generation projects from the early business development stage through technical discussions and proposal development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop technical proposals and solutions for power-generation projects based on customer requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation for tenders, RFPs, and project proposals.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Participate in business and technical meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Present and clearly explain technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
• Work closely with the Market / Business Development team to support project development and customer engagement.

KEY TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

Candidates with strong knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas are highly encouraged to apply:

• Boiler
• Turbine / Steam Turbine
• Electrical Systems
• Water Treatment / Chemical Water Treatment
• Desulfurization & Ash Handling
• Coal Handling

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience in the power generation / electricity industry.
• Proven experience in Technical Proposal, Technical Solution, Engineering, or Power Project Development.
• Experience preparing technical documents for tenders / RFPs is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of power plant systems and equipment.
• Experience working with PLN or PLN subsidiaries is highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Candidates with Department Manager, Senior Manager, or Consultant-level experience are encouraged to apply.
