Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and validation of product software and firmware versions to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Perform functional, performance, compatibility, and regression testing based on product requirements and test plans.
• Identify, document, and track software-related issues, and coordinate with R&D and technical teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
• Support software/firmware version upgrades, updates, and pre-release testing.
• Prepare test reports and follow up on identified issues to ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Support the technical team in troubleshooting and analyzing product software-related issues during project implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related engineering disciplines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in solution engineering, or technical consulting is preferred.
• Strong ability to work under pressure with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fast learner with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English; ability to communicate fluently in a business and technical environment (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
• Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
