Technical Solutions Support/ Pre-Sales Engineer

The Pre- Sales Specialist / Technical Support (Enterprise & Education Business) is responsible for providing end-to-end technical support to the Enterprise Team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the team remains up to date with the latest products and technologies. This role serves as a trusted advisor to customers by delivering technical consultations, solution designs, and product demonstrations that support business growth in the enterprise and education sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support and Presales

• Provide comprehensive technical support to the Enterprise Team throughout the sales cycle.

• Collaborate with account managers to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and technical workshops.

• Continuously strengthen technical expertise through training, certifications, and industry research.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

• Share technical knowledge and best practices with internal teams.

• Participate in technical enablement programs and mentoring initiatives.

• Ensure in-depth knowledge of all enterprise and education products, solutions, and services.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and presentation materials.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise technology roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise and education customers is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in solution design, technical presentations, and stakeholder management.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience with enterprise productivity solutions and collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of system integration, hardware, software, and IT architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in creating technical proposals and solution documentation.
