Technical Sourcer

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Technical Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. Required Skills and Experience:

● 5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization.

● Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

● History of finding potential candidates on social media and professional networks (eg LinkedIn, Slack and Github).

● Expertise sourcing PhD level candidates with knowledge of publication and patent sourcing.

● Expertise in crafting and sending recruiting emails.

● Experience coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.

● Experience working on technology leadership sourcing (mainly in areas of AI, GenAI, ML, CV, etc.) for Director+ level positions

● Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.

● Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.

● A tenacious drive to win and persistence to push beyond adversity to solve the most challenging problems.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
