Technical Sourcer (Self Driving Systems)

• We are excited to bring on a Technical Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting strategy and efforts across our growing company. We are undergoing a massive growth spurt and are looking for someone who is excited about the sourcing domain and has a passion for engaging top talent as we continue to expand our Physical AI footprint
• Build and manage high-quality pipelines for technical roles across autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand what “great” looks like for each role
• Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a top-notch, seamless candidate experience for top industry talent
• Leverage data and market research to continuously refine sourcing strategies as the industry continues to evolve

• Has previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields
• Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus!
• Has strong organizational skills
• Has 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company
• Bachelor’s degree
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Is able to build rapport with candidates and employees
