Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing, hands-on Technical Sourcing Officer with a strong background in grassroots and nationwide talent acquisition for blue-collar, industrial, and skilled trade positions. Based at our Quezon City Headquarters, this role involves frequent nationwide field sourcing trips to map out, recruit, and pipeline top-tier technical talent—including Seamer Mechanics, Welder Mechanics, Tractor Head Drivers, and Heavy Equipment Operators (Backhoe, etc.)—primarily supporting our major manufacturing operations in Zamboanga City.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Technical Sourcing: Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for specialized manufacturing, mechanical, and blue-collar roles (Seamer Mechanics, Welder Mechanics, Tractor Head Drivers, Backhoe/Heavy Equipment Operators, Plant Technicians).
• Nationwide Field Sourcing: Execute local recruitment drives, community sourcing campaigns, and job fairs across various regions and provinces in the Philippines.
• Institutional & Community Partnerships: Establish, leverage, and maintain active relationships with local government units (LGUs), barangay employment desks, vocational schools (TESDA), and regional trade associations.
• Plant Operational Support: Coordinate closely with plant managers and operational leaders in Zamboanga City and HQ to ensure timely fulfillment of critical skilled trade vacancies.
• Assessment & Candidate Verification: Oversee initial screening, trade competency checks, trade license verification, and background checks tailored for industrial plant personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven Sourcing Track Record: At least 3 to 5+ years of solid experience dedicated to sourcing blue-collar, industrial, plant maintenance, or skilled trade roles.
• Established Network: An existing network of contacts or direct connections with TESDA, technical-vocational institutions, trade schools, and LGU PESO offices is a strong advantage.
• High Mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time across the Philippines for field sourcing initiatives and recruitment drives.
• Geographic & Regional Sourcing Knowledge: Demonstrated experience sourcing across different provinces; familiarity with talent hubs in Mindanao (Zamboanga/Visayas/Luzon) is a major plus.
• Trade Literacy: Deep understanding of skilled trade qualifications, certifications (TESDA, NC II), heavy equipment licenses, and plant mechanical functions.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English and Filipino. Knowledge of Chavacano or Bisaya is an advantage.
