Technical Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing projects, supplier development, procurement digitalization, and process optimization across China and Asia.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international sourcing, work closely with global stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support sourcing projects across multiple categories, including technical materials, indirect spending, MRO, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers through market research, benchmarking, supplier assessments, and site visits.
• Lead RFQs, analyze commercial offers, and recommend sourcing solutions that balance cost, quality, delivery, and service.
• Monitor market trends, pricing developments, supplier capabilities, and supply chain risks.
• Support supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance management activities.
• Act as a key user for SAP, Ariba, and other procurement systems, supporting digitalization and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain procurement processes, documentation, reports, dashboards, and supplier databases.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, data governance standards, and internal procedures.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business, International Trade, IT, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, procurement systems, process optimization, or digitalization projects is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and market intelligence.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
