Technical Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the company's software development projects.
• Lead overall technical planning and core architectural design for systems, ensuring high availability, stability, and scalability.
• Drive core feature development, hands-on coding, and rigorous code reviews.
• Manage technical strategy and team leadership for a subset of the engineering team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, with 1+ years of team management experience; proven track record in high-concurrency C-end (consumer-facing) Java development.
• Professional English fluency (speaking, listening, reading, writing), with the ability to comfortably read technical documentation, conduct daily work communication in English, and hold overseas work or study experience.
• Strong business acumen and technical communication skills; high resilience and adaptability under pressure.
• Fast learner with strong independent problem-solving skills; hands-on experience in AI engineering or related technologies.
