Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation, design, planning, and presentation of implementation plans, including system installation, development, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure systems operate correctly and meet the requirements and agreed scope between the company and customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales team by providing project documentation and technical requirements to ensure the service team can proceed efficiently and fully meet customer requirements.
• Continuously study and develop knowledge of Information Technology and related technologies to improve work efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, and product vendors to analyze and resolve technical issues that arise during system installation and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in information technology (IT), Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience with security technologies such as Network Security, Datacenter Security, Firewall, and Endpoint Security.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
