Technical Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Perform support and administration of Microsoft Windows Platform and M365 Cloud Platform
• Manage windows environment capacity, performance, security and availability
• Resolve windows incidents and problems and liaise with vendor as necessary
• Work closely with application team on system testing, configuration and migration of new server, etc.
• Prepare and maintain Windows related documentation and operation manuals
• Provide production support on a roster basis
• Perform support and administration of Citrix platform and image deployment, security patches update, policies update
• Perform support and administration of Microsoft Enterprise Security management for company and device policy
• Performa support and administration for Power App, Power BI and Copilot system

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT related discipline
• 3 years or above related experience in window support and O365 support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, Microsoft's Active Directory, ADFS, Window DNS/DHCP, Microsoft IIS, SCOM, File Sharing & Printing Service & Windows PowerShell scripts
• Experience in in Remote Accessing application (e.g. Citrix Server & Horizon VDI
• Experience in Office365 (Exchange Online, Enterprise Mobility Suite, SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive & Intune)
• Knowledge of Identity Security & Privileged Access Management tool.
• Knowledge in VMware Virtualization Platform
