What they need
Communicate directly with customers for technical information.
Perform remote troubleshooting to identify device malfunctions.
Escalate complex problem to technical support at HQ.
Good understanding with UX.
Manage technician/installer for scheduling installation based on installation comply with SOP's.
Assist in the technical training materials for support teams.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Robotic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experienced in technical support, customer service, or a similar technical role.
- Fluent in English is a must.
