Technical Specialist

Job Summary:
The Technical Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and expertise to service centres and repair outlets, ensuring effective diagnosis and resolution of vehicle technical issues. The role involves supporting service teams in troubleshooting complex cases, improving repair quality, and maintaining high standards of after-sales technical service.

The Technical Specialist will work closely with service centres and the HQ technical team to investigate technical problems, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up on unresolved cases. The position also supports technical training, service improvement initiatives, and the implementation of technical procedures and standards.

Job Descriptions:-

• Ensure that all repairs performed meet the company's quality standards.
• Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts.
• Reassemble the complete device.
• Support productivity by ensuring all requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed key performance service and repair objectives.
• Attend and complete the company's technical and non-technical training.
• Assess customer support needs and provide solutions for the technical team.
• Flexibility to regularly rotate through different technical specialities and skill sets.
• Responsible for customer care when delivering product diagnoses and potential solutions.
• Respond in messages on rest days/non-working hours if the technical team is needed.
• Outstation to service centres is required at least once in a month.

Job Requirements:-

• Preferably Entry Level specialised in Engineering.
• Knowledgeable in electronics/phone systems and components.
• Able to multi-task.
• Candidate who can join immediately is preferably.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
• Ability to thrive on change as products evolve.
• Excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
• Language: Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
