The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical claims management advice and collaborative consultation to ensure prompt and compliant claims finalisation procedures are monitored and adhered to.

About the role

• Provide coaching on the application of relevant legislation, standards of practice, regulations, and policies and procedures.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to regulatory and statutory timeframes within team
• Supports in achieving relevant KPIs, outcome measures, and RTW targets
• Review PIAWE, liability decisions, work capacity decisions and other forms of entitlements/decisions.

About you

• Extensive Workers Compensation experience and knowledge of relevant legislation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective planning, prioritising and organising skills
• Ability to coach and support capability uplift
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse complex information and data
• A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
