Position: Technical Specialist -UI

Experience: 7-10 Yrs

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and React .
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide frontend developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions.
• Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment and release management.

Must Have skills:

• 8–12+ years of software development experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v12+) .

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js .

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS .

• Experience with RxJS, NgRx, Redux, React Hooks, Context API , and state management.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.

• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, npm, and Yarn .

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with Micro Frontends .

• Knowledge of Node.js and Express.js .

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, or Karma.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
