Hi! We’re looking for Technical (SPGS) Purchasing Manager and RM/PM Purchasing Manager with requirements and job descriptions below:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Purchasing with at least 4 years in a managerial position.
• Strong experience in Technical (SPGS) purchasing or RM/PM purchasing, including raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, engineering/project materials, A&P, and general supplies.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and price benchmarking.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiation.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate and monitor purchasing activities for Head Office and 7 plants to ensure timely delivery in accordance with target lead times.
• Ensure availability, competitive cost, quality, and timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor market trends, material costs, supplier performance, and procurement risks.
• Monitor outstanding PO, PR, and Canvass Sheet.
• Lead the continuous improvement and development of purchasing systems and procedures.
