Technical Staff

About the role

Ampere Resources Corporation is seeking a Technical Staff to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our performing arts operations and technical infrastructure. Provides sales department with technical support to help in achieving sales target. This includes answering queries regarding products and systems, inspections, supervisions, quantifications and product demos on site.

In addition, the senior technical specialist helps to ensure that project installation audit reports are complete and filed on time so they need to be good at prioritizing tasks to make sure that multiple deadlines are met.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducts product presentations, inspections, supervision and demos on site.
2. Provides accurate and systematic quantification / estimates of products for client
3. Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
4. Ensures department is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment are working and properly maintained.
5. Serves as the coordinator between technical personnel and supervisor, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously.
6. Implements customer service standards and evaluates employees based on their ability to meet those standards.
7. Provides technical support such as system pages, quantifications, mock-ups, inspections and product presentations for all sales personnel.
8. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is an advantage
• With at least 1 year experience in MEPF works
• HVAC experience is an advantage
• Technical knowledge on Firestop Systems
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Scheduling and planning
• Organizational skills
• Estimate and computation skills
• Time management
• Documented computer skills
