- Technical training: Completion of relevant vocational or technical training.
- Work experience: Relevant experience in technical operations, installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, or troubleshooting.
- Technical knowledge: Ability to understand technical drawings, manuals, specifications, procedures, and equipment requirements.
- Troubleshooting skills: Ability to identify faults, analyze problems, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Equipment proficiency: Competent in operating, maintaining, and safely using relevant tools, instruments, machinery, or software.
- Quality and safety: Knowledge of applicable quality procedures, workplace safety requirements, and industry standards.
- Documentation: Ability to prepare technical reports, inspection records, maintenance records, and other required documentation.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication and ability to coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other personnel.
