What they need
- Performs in the IT support team
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT concerns
- Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security measures
- Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting
- Experience in leading a team is an advantage
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
