Technical Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance protocols when handling and preparing BTPS/BTCs and their components.
• Ensure proper conditioning of TICs.
• Sanitize, disassemble, and assemble BTPS/BTCs and their components.
• Manage assets, including used boxes, BTPS/BTCs, components (TICs, VIPs, etc.), and Temperature Monitoring Devices, upon receipt and during box assembly.
• Maintain a steady supply of assembled, ready-to-use boxes.
• Ensure the safe storage of BTPS/BTCs and their components until their next use.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Monitoring Specialist, Inventory Specialist, and Packaging Team.
• Complete required warehouse forms for each shift or workday.
• Assist the Inventory Specialist with weekly and monthly inventories.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, packaging, or related work is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Physically fit and able to carry loads of up to 50 kg.
• Able to perform tasks involving prolonged manual handling, standing, and walking.
• Willing to work on shifting and graveyard schedules and render paid overtime when needed.
