Work Schedule: 6 days per week, including holidays

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Staff (Office-Based) to support daily office operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, and willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in office administration is an advantage but not required
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Responsible and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office operations
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records
• Maintain filing systems and company records
• Coordinate with different departments as needed
• Perform other administrative and technical support tasks assigned by management
