TECHNICAL STOREKEEPER

About the Role

We are seeking a Storekeeper to manage and maintain accurate inventory of technical materials, spare parts and other maintenance-related items within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate should have an Electrical/Electronics background and understand basic electrical and mechanical components, enabling them to accurately identify, organize and issue technical spare parts to maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, record and properly store technical materials and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Issue electrical, mechanical and maintenance materials based on authorized requests.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, damaged items and obsolete stock.
• Maintain proper organization, labeling and housekeeping within the store.
• Support maintenance teams in identifying and locating required spare parts.
• Maintain stock records using Excel and/or inventory management systems.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all stock movements.

Requirements

• OND/HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field – essential.
• 2–3 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, pharmaceutical or a similar industrial environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance/repair.
• Ability to identify common industrial spare parts and understand basic technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ERP/inventory software experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, numerical and record-keeping skills.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
