Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责

1. Responsible for the daily technical management of vessels.
   负责船舶的机务日常管理工作。
2. Prepare vessel operating and maintenance budgets and manage budget execution.
   负责编制船舶费用预算，并进行预算管理。
3. Coordinate and arrange vessel repairs, including voyage repairs and dry-docking.
   负责协调安排船舶航修和坞修等工作。
4. Conduct regular onboard inspections and provide comprehensive technical management of vessel machinery and equipment to ensure good operating condition.
   负责定期登轮检查，做好船舶设备全面技术管理，保持工况良好。
5. Manage vessel bunkering and fuel consumption. Regularly analyze fuel consumption reports and conduct onboard inspections when necessary.
   负责船舶加油及油耗管理，定期分析船舶油耗报表，必要时上船核查。
6. Provide technical guidance and support during vessel breakdowns and emergency repairs.
   能对船舶故障抢修提供指导。
7. Review, train, and evaluate Chief Engineers and engine department crew members.
   负责对轮机长及轮机部船员进行审核、培训及考评。
8. Coordinate the maintenance and renewal of vessel certificates and arrange relevant classification society inspections, ensuring deficiencies are rectified and closed in a timely manner.
   负责协调船舶证书的维护更新及相关船级社检验工作安排，及时关闭缺陷。

Requirements / 任职要求

• Proficient in Chinese for daily communication.
  能熟练使用中文进行日常沟通。
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marine Engineering or a related maritime discipline.
  具有航海类轮机工程专业大学及以上学历。
• At least 1 year of experience serving as a Chief Engineer, with solid knowledge of vessel technical operations and marine engineering management.
  具有1年及以上轮机长任职资历，熟悉船舶技术及机务管理。
• Familiar with the ISM Code and relevant international and domestic conventions, regulations, guidelines, and related requirements.
  熟悉ISM规则及国际、国内相关公约、法规、指南和有关文件。
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  具有较强的分析和解决问题能力，熟练掌握办公软件。
• Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills.
  有较强的责任心，擅长团队合作。
