Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical management and maintenance of vessels in the fleet.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with ship crews and external contractors.
• Ensure vessels comply with international maritime safety, environmental, and classification regulations.
• Plan and supervise dry docking, repairs, and scheduled maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Manage technical budgets, procurement of spare parts, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and surveys of vessels and report on their condition to senior management.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to optimize vessel performance and fuel efficiency.
• Lead incident investigations related to technical failures and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ship technical management or a similar maritime role.
• Strong knowledge of vessel systems, machinery, and maritime regulations (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL).
• Proven experience in managing dry dockings, repairs, and technical projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in high-stress situations.
• Proficiency in using technical management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work with multicultural teams.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
