What they need
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to lead our air-cond installation and service team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and assign daily jobs to technicians
- Check the quality of installation and servicing work
- Make sure the team follows safety rules
- Train and guide senior and junior technicians
- Handle customer complaints and site problems
- Report job progress to management
- Check tools, materials, and spare parts
Requirements
- Diploma, certificate, or equivalent in Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Electrical
- At least 5 years of experience in air-cond work, with 2 years leading a team
- Strong knowledge of installation, servicing, and troubleshooting
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Valid driving licence (Class D & GDL) and own transport preferred
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
