工作地點：將軍澳工業邨

工作時間：5.5天工作, 每天9小時, 需輪班工作(早中夜)

工作職責

• 負責商廈機電系統的日常巡視、檢查、維修及保養工作，確保設備正常運作
• 負責維修隊伍的人手管理及工作安排
• 帶領隊伍處理日常及緊急故障維護保養、修理及改動工作
• 監管承辦商於施工期間的安全表現與工程質量，確保符合相關標準
• 完成維修及檢查報告，準確記錄工作進展與異常情況
• 協助處理相關報價或標書

職位要求

• 具2年或以上主管級經驗
• 持有有效的電工A牌，具備合資格的機電技術背景
• 具備機電系統維修或保養相關工作經驗，
• 需輪早中夜班
