Technical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize, monitor, and supervise the plant utilities and technical operations team to ensure the Antipolo facility, building, and production equipment comply with Mars' standards for Safety, Quality, and Efficiency, as well as local government regulations.
2. Develop and enhance Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs on-site to achieve and sustain a high standard of equipment reliability.
3. Support the Technical Manager in implementing leading maintenance practices to drive operational excellence, improve maintenance capabilities, and reduce repair costs.
4. Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to manage the factory's energy performance, spare parts inventory, and departmental budget, including tracking operational expenditures.
5. Oversee factory KPIs for both utilities, facilites services and production operations, ensuring that both internal teams and external contractors meet performance targets in a timely and compliant manner.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in electrical, controls, and mechanical maintenance activities.
• At least four (4) years of experience in a people management role.
• Demonstrated expertise in preventive maintenance, spare parts management, and analytical troubleshooting methodologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, Technical Safety, and world-class Lean Manufacturing methodologies (such as TPM/Continuous Improvement processes).
• Strong understanding of factory operational principles, including facilities and utilities management.
• Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
