Technical Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

Maintenance & Reliability

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Supervise maintenance technicians

• Ensure equipment availability and minimize downtime

• Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, breakdown analysis)

• Manage spare parts inventory

Facilities & Utilities

• Ensure proper operation of building infrastructure

• Monitor electrical systems, air compressors, air conditioning and utilities

• Coordinate contractors and external service providers

• Support safety and compliance requirements

Technical Support & Equipment

• Support installation of new equipment

• Participate in equipment qualification and validation activities

• Coordinate technical acceptance before production release

• Maintain equipment records and technical documentation

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze recurring technical issues

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Propose reliability and cost reduction improvements

• Support small automation and technical improvement projects

• Maintain QMS in the section and control performance with KPIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5–8 years experience in maintenance, facilities or technical support
• Experience supervising technicians preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• Good communication skills
• English communication ability preferred
