Job Title: Technical Supervisor – Fit-Out & Construction

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: AED 4,000-6,000 per month, depending on experience

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee site operations, interior fit-out, construction activities, and maintenance works. The candidate will supervise subcontractors, coordinate suppliers, monitor work quality, and ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, timelines, budgets, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities, interior fit-out, and construction works.

Review drawings, specifications, and site requirements.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, technicians, and site workers.

Source materials, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and manage procurement.

Monitor project progress, workmanship, deadlines, and material usage.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Identify technical issues and coordinate timely solutions.

Prepare site progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and management.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within the approved budget.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out, construction, or site supervision.

Relevant qualification in civil engineering, construction, or a related technical field.

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, construction materials, and technical drawings.

Good subcontractor management, procurement, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple site activities independently.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

UAE driving licence and own car are required.

Arabic-speaking ability is an advantage.
