The Role

As The Technical Supervisor, You'll Oversee technical maintenance activities within a high-profile corporate headquarters.

Provide technical guidance and supervision to support effective building services operations.

Maintain a professional, responsive service for clients and building occupants.

Coordinate maintenance priorities and respond to technical and operational requirements.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and wider operational teams.

Apply technical knowledge and sound judgement to resolve maintenance issues. About You

To Be Successful As The Technical Supervisor, You'll Have A minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.

Practical AM2 qualification or assessment experience.

Strong technical building services knowledge and supervisory capability.

Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous approach to client interactions.

Confidence working within a high-profile corporate environment.

Good IT skills and the ability to work with digital management systems.

Health and safety knowledge and Salesforce experience would be advantageous. What's in it for You?

£55,000–£58,000 annual salary.

Permanent position.

Prestigious corporate headquarters environment in Central London.

Monday-to-Friday working pattern, including one late shift from 12pm to 9pm.
