Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily technical maintenance and repair activities.
• Carry out and oversee electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry, and general technical maintenance works.
• Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Diagnose technical faults, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely repairs.
• Attend to maintenance requests and ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks.
• Supervise technical team members and coordinate daily work assignments.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external service providers when required.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and materials used.
• Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, spare parts, and equipment inventory.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and technical standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance and technical issues.
• Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant technical maintenance experience, preferably within hotels, hospitality, or property management.
• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related technical field will be an advantage.
• Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general building maintenance.
• Previous experience in a technical supervisory role will be an advantage.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards.
• Flexible and willing to respond to urgent technical and maintenance requirements.
