Guiding a team of skilled technicians, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate planned and reactive works, and drive improvements that support operational excellence. Monitor workload, resources, and maintenance schedules to ensure efficient execution of planned activities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support root cause analysis to prevent recurring failures.

Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with site procedures, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards.

Support the implementation of new equipment, processes, and operational improvements.

Track maintenance performance KPIs and use data-driven insights to enhance team effectiveness.

Promote collaboration, accountability, and best practice across the site.

Who we are looking for?:
Proven experience in a maintenance, engineering, or technical leadership role within a manufacturing, production, FMCG, or industrial environment.

Previous experience leading or supervising technical teams.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or automation systems.

Ability to prioritize workloads, manage competing demands, and make sound operational decisions.

Hands-on problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Comfortable working with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Technical qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent relevant experience.

Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

What do we offer you?:
Competitive salary, aligned with your experience and technical expertise.

32 days of annual leave (20 statutory vacation days plus 12 ADV/reduction of working time days).

Additional vacation day awarded for every 5 years of service.

Meal vouchers and eco vouchers.

Comprehensive insurance package including hospitalization, outpatient care, life insurance, and disability coverage.

Attractive pension plan through a group insurance scheme.

Holiday allowance and 13th-month salary.

Additional annual leave based on seniority.

Extensive learning and development opportunities through the GWS Academy and external training providers.

Clear pathways for internal progression and long-term career development.

Opportunity to work within one of the world's most recognized brands in a highly automated and dynamic manufacturing environment.
