Technical Supervisor – Construction

Our company is growing, and we’re looking for a Technical Supervisor to control the quality, schedule, and documentation of works across our construction and fit-out sites.

What you’ll do:

• Carry out regular site inspections to check work quality and compliance with drawings and specifications
• Check that works stay on schedule, and flag delays and risks to the Project Manager
• Supervise foremen, workers, and subcontractors on several sites
• Check and approve completed stages before they are handed to the client
• Review material requests and how materials are used on site
• Make sure all sites follow building management rules, UAE regulations, and safety requirements
• Prepare monthly completed works reports and work completion certificates
• Help the Project Manager with authority inspections and approvals (DCD, DEWA, and others)
• Help prepare technical solutions and estimates when needed
• Check as-built drawings, photo and video records, and handover documents

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction or fit-out supervision in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of finishing works, MEP coordination, and quality control
• Good understanding of UAE authority requirements (DCD, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees)
• Ability to read and check drawings; AutoCAD is a plus
• Experience supervising several sites at once
• Strong reporting skills and attention to detail
• English is required; Russian or Ukrainian is a plus
• UAE driving licence is required

Pay: AED5,100.00 - AED10,300.00 per month
