服裝紙樣及技術主管 (Technical Supervisor-Pattern & Garment)

Position Overview / 職位簡介

We are seeking an inspiring and high-caliber Technical Supervisor to lead and empower our Garment Technical team. In addition to driving high-end pattern development, fitting reviews, and garment construction (specializing in suits, outerwear, and trousers), you will take full charge of team leadership, resource allocation, workflow standardization, and production delivery control. You will act as a key bridge across departments to solve complex technical, operational, and interpersonal challenges between Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

• Team Leadership & Resource Allocation

  Lead, mentor, and inspire the pattern-making and technical team; optimize workload distribution and task delegation to maximize operational efficiency and maintain top-tier technical output.

  團隊帶領與資源調配: 帶領、培訓及啟發打版與技術團隊；優化工作分配，提升團隊整體營運效率，確保技術輸出維持最高標準。

• Workflow Standardization & Delivery Control

  Streamline end-to-end technical development workflows; establish strict milestone tracking from pattern drafting to pre-production (PP) approvals to ensure flawless adherence to market launch schedules and production delivery deadlines.

  流程優化與交期管控: 建立並優化全流程技術開發標準；嚴密跟進由首版打版至產前樣審批之關鍵節點，確保嚴格符合上市檔期與大貨交期。

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Issue Resolution

  Serve as the principal technical ambassador connecting Product Directors, Designers, Merchandisers, and Sample Room; proactively mediate and resolve complex technical bottlenecks, quality disputes, and cross-team communication friction.

  跨部門協調與疑難排除: 作為鏈接產品總監、設計團隊、跟單部門及樣板房的核心技術橋樑；主動協調並化解複雜的技術瓶頸、品質爭議及跨團隊溝通摩擦。

• Pattern R&D & High-End Fitting Direction

  Collaborate closely with the Product Director and Design Team on brand fitting strategies; oversee complex pattern architectures, drive fit-tuning based on competitor analysis, and ensure design concepts are converted into commercially successful garments.

  版型研發與高階審版指導: 緊密對接產品總監及設計團隊，共同制定品牌版型策略；審核高難度版型結構，結合競品優勢主導版型微調，確保設計創意精準轉化為具市場競爭力的成衣。

• On-Site Factory Management & Technical Execution

  Direct technical operations across Mainland China sample rooms and manufacturing partners; lead on-site line audits, pattern calibration, and craftsmanship alignments to eliminate risk prior to mass production.

  工廠現場管理與技術落地: 督導及管理中國內地之樣板房阪與合作工廠之技術運作；率領團隊進行現場技術審核、版型校準及工藝對接，在大貨量產前全面消除潛在風險。

• Talent Development & Digital Knowledge Archiving

  Drive continuous technical training, skill elevation, and performance reviews; lead the digitization and maintenance of brand fit block libraries, size measurement specifications, and technical reference archives.

  人才培育與技術數位化: 主導團隊技術培訓、技能提升及績效評核；推動品牌標準版型庫、尺寸規格表及技術檔案之數位化歸檔與傳承。

Requirements & Qualifications / 職位要求

• Education

  Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Garment Engineering, Apparel Technology, or related discipline is preferred.

  學歷要求: 服裝設計、服裝工程、紡織科技等相關專業大專／大學或以上學歷優先。

• Experience & Technical Mastery

  Minimum of 12–15 years of solid experience in garment pattern drafting and technical development, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Exceptional expertise in tailored suit jackets, outerwear, and trousers is mandatory.

  資歷要求: 具 12 至 15 年或以上服裝打版與技術開發經驗，其中包含最少 3 年團隊領導管理背景；精通正裝西服、外套及褲類結構者為必須條件。

• CAD Systems & Software Proficiency

  Mastery of pattern drafting, grading, and pattern tuning logic. Highly proficient in garment CAD software (specifically ET System) and tech pack management systems.

  專業技能: 具備深厚之打版、放碼及精準調版邏輯；精通電腦打版系統（特別是 ET 系統）及技術規格表管理。

• Leadership & Problem-Solving Capabilities

  Demonstrated leadership, clear decision-making, and superior conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to thrive under high pressure and tackle complex operational, technical, or production challenges independently.

  管理與抗壓能力: 具備卓越之領導力、果斷的決策力及出色的衝突解決技巧；能於高壓環境下獨立應對複雜的營運、技術及生產挑戰。

• Mobility & Travel Availability

  Willing and able to travel frequently to sample rooms and garment factories in Mainland China for hands-on management, quality oversight, and technical direction.

  出差要求: 能夠適應頻繁出差至中國內地樣板房及工廠，進行現場團隊管理、技術指導與品質督導。

• Language & Communication Skills

  Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and storytelling skills; Fluent in spoken Cantonese or Mandarin, with proficient written Chinese. Basic command of written and spoken English is preferred.

  語言與溝通能力: 具備極佳的人際溝通、談判與協調能力；流利粵語或普通話，具備良好中文讀寫能力；具基本英文聽說讀寫能力者優先考慮。

• Computer Literacy

  Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for workflow scheduling, project tracking, and executive presentations.

  電腦操作: 熟練運用 MS Office 系列軟件（Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook），能獨立進行工作排程、項目追蹤及高管匯報。
