Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Salary: THB 35,000 – 38,000 per month

Job Purpose

Lead and support Technical and Operations teams in process improvement, troubleshooting, quality control, productivity enhancement, and plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Production, Operations, or Process Engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
• Good command of English or Japanese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project is preferred.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and process knowledge to Technical and Operations teams.
• Troubleshoot production and process-related problems and support daily operations.
• Maintain production line stability and improve yield and production efficiency.
• Monitor and resolve quality issues within the plant.
• Review process control parameters and verify equipment operating conditions.
• Participate actively in production process and procedure optimization.
• Implement new technologies and improvement initiatives to reduce plant operating costs.
• Improve processes to increase productivity while maintaining product quality.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Process Flow, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, Core Tools, WI, and related technical documents.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
