Technical Supervisor/ Technician (技術監督/技術員)

We are currently looking for  high caliber candidates to join our "Facility & Environment" Team as “Technical Supervisor" and “Technician”.

In this role, you will:

·         Lead or be part of the technician team to coordinate and execute daily repairs and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) works.

·         Independently conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance for building facilities and systems (Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing & Drainage).

·         Supervise and coordinate external contractors to ensure work progress, site safety, and service quality.

·         Report system operations and submit maintenance logs to management regularly; respond to emergency breakdowns and provide off-hours call-out support when necessary.

·         Carry out ad-hoc tasks and non-routine engineering projects aligned with business needs.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·         For Supervisory role: Must be a holder of Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Certificate Grade A or above.

·         For Supervisory role: Minimum 3 years of supervisory/foreman experience in Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, or Plumbing & Drainage maintenance.

·         For Technician: Relevant hands-on experience in Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, or Plumbing & Drainage maintenance.

·         Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B), central kitchen, catering, or food manufacturing facility/equipment maintenance is highly preferred.

·         Familiarity with local building services operations and statutory regulations is an advantage.

·         Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle emergency breakdowns independently.

·         Good command of Cantonese and written Chinese; basic computer literacy and simple English communication skills are preferred.

·         Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technician.

·         具餐飲業、中央廚房、航空餐飲或食品製造業設施／設備維修經驗者優先考慮。

·         熟悉香港樓宇設施運作、物業保養及相關法定規例者優先。

·         具責任感、良好團隊協調與應變能力，能獨立處理突發事故。

·         良好粵語溝通及中文書寫能力；懂基本電腦操作（如 MS Office）及簡單英文優先。

·         經驗較少者會獲考慮為技術員。
