Technical Support Advisor (Australian NBN Customer Support experience)

We are looking for an NBN Internet Technical Support Advisor to provide remote technical assistance to Australian customers experiencing internet and connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot basic NBN connectivity, slow internet, and connection drop issues.
• Assist customers with NBN modem/router setup and troubleshooting.
• Check NBN cables, connections, equipment, and indicator lights.
• Perform basic fault isolation and determine appropriate next steps.
• Create, update, and manage technical support tickets.
• Escalate complex issues to Engineering or Technical Support teams.
• Provide clear and professional remote technical support to Australian customers.
• Manage SLA requirements and ensure timely issue escalation and resolution.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support, telecommunications, ISP, or customer service.
• Basic understanding of NBN internet connectivity and modem/router troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when assisting Australian customers.
• Ability to manage tickets, SLAs, and technical escalations effectively.
