What they need
We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support to end users in a Microsoft-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and user issues.
- Support phone systems, mobile devices, laptops, and desktops .
- Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and spreadsheets .
- Document and track support requests through a ticketing system.
- Provide excellent customer service and escalate issues when needed.
