Technical Support & Product Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support & Product Marketing professional to join our team in Bangkok. This full-time position combines technical expertise, customer support, and product marketing to promote our products and solutions, support customer needs, and strengthen customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Provide technical support and consultation to customers regarding products, applications, and solutions.
• Develop and implement product marketing activities to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Prepare technical documents, product presentations, application notes, case studies, and marketing materials.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to understand customer requirements, gather market feedback, and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide technical information and support for sales proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support product and business development strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing responsive technical support and professional consultation.
• Support trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, customer events, and other marketing activities to promote products and generate business opportunities.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and global teams to ensure product information, technical knowledge, and marketing materials are up to date.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Support, Product Marketing, Application Engineering, or a similar role, preferably within the electrical, electronics, or industrial automation industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic engineering principles, industrial automation, and measurement systems.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English (TOEIC score of 550 or above is required).
• Experience in developing and implementing product marketing activities or strategies to promote products and engage customers.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation, product presentations, application materials, or other technical content.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to respond effectively to customer technical inquiries.
• Knowledge of marketing tools and digital platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of industrial applications and customer requirements in the Thai market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and other related functions.
