How you´ll help us:

As a Technical Support and Service Engineer, you will

• Manage and support Korean certification and regulatory compliance activities for power conversion equipment, including solar PV inverters, and related accessory products.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Conduct on-site visits to customers and installation sites for equipment inspection, installation support, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Analyze the root causes of product or system issues occurring in the field and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, including test reports, certification documents, technical manuals, and related engineering documents.
• Collaborate closely with internal Quality, Service, Certification, R&D, and other relevant teams to support continuous improvement of product performance, reliability, and quality.
• Conduct technical training and product training sessions for business partners, installers, and power plant operators.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify technical issues and respond effectively in field environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, MechanicalEngineering, Control Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Relevant experience in power electronics, solar PV inverters, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), or related electrical equipment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and effective communication skills when dealing with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Must be eligible and available for international business travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of and/or hands-on experience with Korean certification, regulatory, and utility requirements, including KS, KC, KEPCO, and related procedures.
• Hands-on experience with solar PV inverters, ESS, power electronics, or related electrical products.
• Holder of relevant professional certifications, such as Engineer Electricity, Engineer Electrical Work, or other related engineering certifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Chinese.
• Experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, or coordinating technical projects.
• Field engineering or technical service experience in the solar PV, power electronics, renewable energy, or electrical equipment industries.

주요 업무 (Responsibilities)

• 전력변환장치 (태양광 인버터 등) 및 관련 악세서리 장비의 국내 인증 대응
• 고객사 및 파트너사의 기술 문의 및 현장 기술지원 대응
• 고객사 및 설치 현장 방문을 통한 장비 점검, 설치 지원, 시운전, 유지보수 및 수리 작업 수행
• 현장에서 발생하는 제품 또는 시스템 이슈에 대한 원인 분석 및 해결 방안 제시
• 시험 성적서, 인증 문서, 기술 매뉴얼 등 기술 문서 작성 및 관리
• 사내 품질/서비스/인증 부서와 협업하여 제품 성능 및 품질 개선 지원
• 파트너사 및 발전사업자 대상 교육/트레이닝 세션 진행

자격 요건 (Qualification)

• 기술적 문제 해결에 대한 논리적 사고 능력 및 현장 대응 역량
• 기계, 전기전자, 제어, 에너지 관련 학사 이상 학위 소지자
• 전력전자, 인버터, ESS 등 관련 분야 경험 보유자
• 고객 대응에 유연하고 책임감 있는 커뮤니케이션 스킬
• 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 자

우대 사항 (Preferred)

• KS, KC, KEPCO 등 국내 인증 절차에 대한 이해 및 수행 경험
• 태양광 인버터 및 ESS, 전력전자 제품 경험자
• 전기기사, 전기공사기사, 관련 엔지니어링 자격증 보유자
• 영어 또는 중국어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
• 프로젝트 관리 경험 또는 협업 중심의 업무 수행 경험
• 태양광, 전력전자, 에너지 설비 관련 분야에서의 현장 경험 또는 기술 서비스 경험 보유자
