Technical Support Assistant

About the role

Technical Support Assistant position within the Operation Department at Nugen Communications Sdn Bhd, reporting to the Technical Support Executive.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, organize and maintain project documentation, reports, letters and records
• Ensure all project files are properly updated, filed and accessible
• Assist in submission, tenders and project related documentation
• Monitor document control and ensure compliance with client requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors and clients regarding project matters
• Assist in scheduling meeting, site visits, and project activities
• Follow up on pending tasks, submissions, approvals and action items
• Support Project Managers, Supervisors and Executives in tracking project timelines and deliverable
• Track project milestones, progress update and outstanding issues
• Assist in minimizing operational delays and contractual penalties through proper monitoring and coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Office Management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum 1-2 years in project administration or similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge and experience in telecommunications industry or similar background.
