Role: Service Desk Representative
Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Skillset: Service Desk Support, Helpdesk Operations, Ticket Management, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting, Customer Support
What You'll Do:
Resolve hardware and software-related issues
Support customers through helpdesk services
Manage and update incident tickets
Use remote support tools to troubleshoot issues
Maintain knowledge base and solution documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of Service Desk/Technical Support experience
Strong communication skills in English and local language
Excellent troubleshooting and customer handling skills
Passion for delivering outstanding support experiences
