We’re looking for a Technical Support Associate to support and train installers and clients on our Office Automation and ERP solutions

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi.

Type: Full-time (Mon to Fri - 09:00 Am to 06:00 pm)

What you’ll do:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot installation, configuration, data migration, and module issues (Accounts, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR/Payroll)
• Guide installers and clients through setup, licensing, upgrades, and backups
• Train installers and end users in different cities
• Deliver product demos in the office, at client premises, and at seminars
• Log issues and resolutions in Excel or a ticketing system
• Work with development, QA, and implementation teams on complex cases

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years in technical support, implementation, or training on ERP or business software
• Good grasp of ERP workflows and basic accounting and inventory concepts
• Strong Windows and MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, remote access, multi-user setup)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel

Nice to have:

• SQL Server or MySQL basics
• Experience with AnyDesk or TeamViewer
• Experience with ticketing or CRM tools
