Technical Support Associate

Biz Needz is looking for a Technical Support Executive who can help customers successfully onboard, configure, understand, and use the Biz Needz AI-powered Business Operating System.

The role involves client onboarding, account setup, product demonstrations, user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and understand their business requirements.
• Set up and configure customer accounts, users, roles, modules and basic workflows.
• Conduct online product demos for prospective and existing customers.
• Train customers and their staff on using Biz Needz effectively.
• Conduct online training sessions for different user groups and departments.
• Guide customers through CRM, lead management, automation, communication and other relevant modules.
• Assist customers with data uploads, basic configuration and system usage.
• Resolve customer queries and provide first-level technical support.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot them and coordinate with the product/technical team when required.
• Follow up with customers after onboarding to ensure successful product adoption.
• Prepare simple user guides, FAQs and training material when required.
• Maintain records of onboarding, training sessions, customer issues and resolutions.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to the internal team.
• Support customers during new feature launches and product updates.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; technical qualification is an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer success, product support, SaaS support or software implementation preferred.
• Good understanding of web-based software and SaaS applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical features in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good command of English; Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage.
• Comfortable conducting online demos and training sessions.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Customer-focused and patient while handling queries and training users.

Mandatory Requirements

Own laptop with reliable performance
Stable Wi-Fi / high-speed internet connection
Smartphone for customer communication
Good-quality headset for online demos and training
Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
